Donna has been working on two films this month, firstly as a Prosthetics Trainee under Lufeng Qu (http://www.lufengqu.com/) on the new X-Men film (X-Men - First Class) currently being filmed at Pinewood Studios. And secondly, assisted Makeup Designer Rosie Kor (http://www.rosiekor.com/) in Naveen Medaram's first UK Bollywood film, 'London Life' (http://www.londonlifefilm.com/director.html).

Donna was fortunate enough to complete some training with the UK's foremost Facial hair piece specialist, Sarah Weatherburn, and her team, in London. Sarah and her team are well known for their work in the Harry Potter films, Sweeney Todd, The Wolfman, Stardust and The Young Victoria.
Donna also worked as a makeup trainee, on a pilot for a new BBC drama series called 'Reunited', under the guidance of Janet Horsfield and Amanda Isaacs, who have worked on well known drama series such as 'Cold Feet', 'Waterloo Road' and 'The Fattest Man in Britain'.

Donna completed work on her first film as Key Make-up & Special Effects Artist. 'Invisible Tattoo', produced and directed by Sharma Walfall (Nex Levul Media Productions), is a gritty and tragic tale about love and friendship in the face adversity, from a world of drugs and gang warfare.
The film short is set to be released at some point in late 2009 - early 2010. More information and showreel to come on the film's release...
